Role Overview:

We are seeking a techno-functional consulting champion who will become a trusted advisor to clients, driving the adoption of ZingHR-HRMS to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant, providing recommendations, managing HRMS implementations, and supporting clients throughout the customer lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Success:

    • Act as a techno-functional consultant, providing recommendations to optimize client processes.

    • Configure and manage client instances on ZingHR and train clients to manage independently.

    • Develop engagement plans that align customer business goals with product capabilities.

    • Drive product adoption, enhance retention, and ensure process success for customers.

    • Support clients during critical HR events like appraisals, increments, etc.

    • Resolve client queries or bugs as necessary.

  • Feedback & Opportunities:

    • Gather feedback on the product experience throughout the customer lifecycle through targeted surveys.

    • Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to execute these.

    • Share best practices with clients to help them achieve success with ZingHR.

  • Risk Management:

    • Proactively identify risks, take corrective actions, and escalate issues as appropriate.


Requirements:

  • Education:

    • MBA/PGDM (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after BE/B.Tech.

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in HR transformation, change management, HCM implementation, or customer management/HR consulting roles.

    • Experience with HRMS system implementation preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Understanding of technology systems, with an emphasis on HRMS systems.

  • Behavioral Traits:

    • Agility, analytical thinking, persistence, and the ability to stretch beyond conventional boundaries.
