Educational Qualification:

Role Overview:
We are hiring for the UK Customer Service Voice Process at Tech Mahindra Ltd. in Malad, Mumbai. The role involves handling customer queries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced international BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support and technical assistance through voice interactions.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to telecom and other services.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns.

Work within performance targets and deliver excellent service.

Provide efficient service in a rotational shift environment.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).

Experience in customer service or technical support in an international BPO setting.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.
