Eligibility & Requirements:

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, US collections, medical billing, US/UK sales, or US retentions is a plus.

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

Hindi communication skills (preferred).

Must be available for night shifts and overnight shifts.
