We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to our continued growth in the tech-enabled home solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to architects, consultants, and potential clients to generate leads

Explain the features and benefits of home automation products in a clear and engaging manner

Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and call progress

Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales executives with interested leads

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and maintain client interest

Handle basic queries and offer initial product information to prospects
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Proficiency in spoken English

Confidence in making cold calls and overcoming objections

Ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up on leads

Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
