Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via emails, live chat, social media platforms, and occasionally by phone

Update data and files to ensure accurate record-keeping

Identify customer issues and participate in improvement plans

Be open to learning and executing plans aligned with departmental goals

Work 40 hours per week, with regular overtime available to support peak times and business needs
What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, especially email communication or interacting on social media platforms

Familiarity with ticketing platforms and Shopify is a plus
-
A customer-first mindset and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries professionally

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekend availability

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
