Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

- Explain available treatments, facilities, and support programs at Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital.
- Assist patients in booking appointments and follow up on their needs.
???? Record Keeping & Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and patient interactions.
- Work closely with the hospital team to enhance patient engagement.
