Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Promote our digital marketing and web development services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, and follow up effectively.
- Achieve target-driven goals and contribute to the company's growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital marketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi (preferred) and English (preferred).
