Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions, provide product information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers while following company policies and scripts to ensure consistent service.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Interaction & Support
- Follow the provided customer service script for uniformity.
- Stay updated on company policies and FAQs to provide accurate responses.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
✅ Sales & Outreach
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Answer questions about products, services, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs and close sales through effective communication.
✅ Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain records of customer interactions and analyze data.
- Update and manage customer contact details.
- Provide timely reports on performance, customer inquiries, and sales goals.
Requirements & Skills
???? Education & Experience:
✔ Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome!
✔ Experience in BPO, Call Centers, Data Entry, Customer Support is a plus.
???? Technical & Communication Skills:
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
✔ Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
✔ Good knowledge of company policies and scripts.
