Job Overview:
We are hiring for Calling Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and handle special projects with urgency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be focused on achieving client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients on special projects.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and urgency to meet client needs.
- Make and receive calls related to special client tasks and projects.
- Understand the goals of the processes and effectively communicate with clients to accomplish them.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to speak with neutral or American accent (preferred) and maintain accuracy in pronunciation.
- Clear and professional voice, free from filler words or slang.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service dedication, independent, responsive, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Important Notes:
- Gender: Male candidates only (for night shift work).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Global Voice Process.
- Eligibility:
- Candidates who have appeared for the voice process in the past 3 months are not eligible.
- Candidates with a notice period longer than 45 days are not eligible.
- Only candidates with international voice process experience are eligible (no domestic call center experience).
