???? Shift & Schedule: Night shift | 6 days a week (Alternate Saturday off)


Job Description

We are looking for a Client Handling Executive with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling emails, client interactions, and multitasking across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and respond to client emails professionally and efficiently.
✅ Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
✅ Communicate effectively in English (written & verbal).
✅ Multitask across various screens, systems, and tasks during customer interactions.
Adhere to time management & schedules effectively.
Familiarity with IT sector terminologies (Preferred, but not mandatory).
✅ Be a quick learner, training will be provided.
✅ Perform other assigned duties & responsibilities as needed.


Additional Details

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary).
Background verification/reference check required.
Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off).
Working Hours:

  • 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
    Immediate joining required.
    Work from home is NOT available.

Required Qualifications

???? Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
???? Language: English (Preferred).
