Job Summary
We are looking for a female receptionist to be the first point of contact at our clinic. You will play a crucial role in managing front-office operations, welcoming visitors, handling appointments, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Greet and assist visitors, directing them appropriately.
✅ Answer, screen, and forward calls while providing basic information.
✅ Handle daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
✅ Maintain security procedures, monitor logbooks, and issue visitor badges.
✅ Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and update calendars.
✅ Perform clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and collating documents.
Requirements
???? Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) – Preferred
???? Experience: 1 year in Front Desk/Receptionist role (Preferred)
