Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Student Counselor to engage with potential students and guide them through our programs.
Responsibilities:
✅ Call potential students to inform them about webinars, seminars, and programs
✅ Answer queries regarding course structure, exam preparation, and institute facilities
✅ Encourage students and parents to visit the institute for counseling
✅ Convert leads into walk-ins or event attendees through effective follow-ups
✅ Promote registration and inform students about upcoming events
✅ Maximize attendance by sharing event details and ensuring timely follow-ups
✅ Maintain and update the prospective student database
✅ Prepare daily or weekly reports on call activities, responses, and results
Work Location: On-site (Navrapura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
