Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling client appointments, and explaining offers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
✅ Schedule client appointments and maintain follow-ups.
✅ Explain offers and services clearly to customers.
✅ Maintain accurate call records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
