Key Responsibilities:
✅ Daily Call Targets: Make 80-100 calls per day to potential/existing clients, ensuring quality engagement.
✅ Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify customer needs and convert leads into walk-ins or appointments.
✅ Client Engagement: Persuade clients to visit the office or participate in events using effective communication.
✅ Follow-ups & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.
✅ Performance Tracking: Submit EOD, weekly, and monthly reports outlining key metrics and improvements.
✅ Customer Query Resolution: Address inquiries professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align strategies.
✅ Rejection Handling: Manage objections positively, refining sales techniques for future calls.
✅ Continuous Learning: Stay updated on products, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
???? Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
???? Experience: 1 year in business development (preferred)
???? Languages: English (mandatory), South Indian language proficiency preferred
