Job Title: Inside Sales Manager (Telecalling)
Location: Celebration Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Manager at SocialPost Digital Media, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and strategic sales initiatives. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, online research, etc.).
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and buying timeline.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Effort and Relationship Building:
- Lead outbound calls and follow-up communications to engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Present products and services clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
Product/Service Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the company’s products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide accurate information to clients, answer inquiries, and make recommendations based on client needs.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Present proposals and negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales objectives.
CRM and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and pipeline status.
- Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Customer Service and After-Sales Support:
- Assist clients with post-sales inquiries, concerns, or product-related issues.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to customer support for onboarding and delivery.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
- Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the industry and the products/services offered is a plus.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Relevant certifications or sales training programs are a plus.
