Student Counselor – Education Institute
???? Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
???? Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

???? Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
???? Make outbound calls to prospective students, informing them about programs, courses, and webinars
❓ Address student inquiries regarding exam preparation, course structure, and institute facilities
???? Persuade students and parents to visit the institute for counseling sessions and program demonstrations
???? Follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins or event participants
???? Promote upcoming workshops and webinars, ensuring maximum enrollment
???? Share event details and ensure timely follow-ups to boost attendance
???? Maintain and update the student database with accurate information
???? Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities, responses, and outcomes
???? Identify and share frequently asked questions or concerns raised by students
???? Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to prospective candidates
Qualifications & Skills Required
???? Education: Any graduate degree preferred
???? Excellent communication and persuasion skills
???? Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
???? Good organizational skills for maintaining records and reports
???? Self-motivated and goal-oriented
