Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify & Target Ideal Customers:
- Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including target industry, role, company size, geography, etc.
✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads from various sources.
- Maintain and expand a database of potential prospects.
✅ Engagement & Nurturing:
- Utilize multiple outreach methods such as email, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads.
- Route qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔ Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
✔ Experience using email, LinkedIn, and social media for outreach
✔ Willingness to work in different time zones
